NV Sparkling Sangiovese Shiraz

This full bodied sparkling wine shows hints of ripe wild blackberries and currants of the shiraz, savoury characters from the Sangiovese. Bottle fermented for seven years capturing fragrances of dark berry fruits and violets in full bloom. Deep rich in colour this dry vintage style sparkling is now beautifully matured.
