Our Cellar door and restaurant offers guests a memorable experience in the historic 130 year old stables. Lovingly reconstructed using the traditional bush carpentry methods from local timbers such as stringybark, red gum and yellow box. Visitors can adventure the surrounds, enjoy lunch, a wine tasting or afternoon tea and coffee. Either on the lawn, deck or by the glowing fire.
We provide diners with authentic food that connects visitors back to the earth. We use only the best sourced local, Australian and our own estate grown produce.
Our vegetables are grown in our seasonal vegetable gardens and hot houses. Herbs are picked daily from our herb gardens, fruit and berries are also grown on our farms.
We have areas to forage wild herbs, cherry plums and mushrooms. We make our own preserves and condiments all year round for use in the restaurant, including tomato sauce, chutneys, pickles, jams, preserved olives and more.
Estate grown beef, pork, goat and house made small goods all feature on our menu, these are all grown under organic principles.
