2019 Pinot Gris

This Old-World Style Pinot Gris was made naturally without the use of chemical fining agents. Perfectly ripened grapes were crushed, basket pressed and fermented on lees for six months. Cherry blush in colour, powerful fresh rose petals on the nose.  A crisp palate with hints of
apple, pear and spices. Finishing with a delicate minerality.
