2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

Made from fruit grown on the eastern slopes of the original Avalon Vineyard site. This beautiful well balanced wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, maturing the tannins and enhancing its wonderful flavours of ripe mulberries, cherries and black currants. Dark Red in colour its fresh berry aromas will complement grilled meat dishes with high flavour.
